She's a Lobo daughter, and perhaps one of the darkest gold champagnes I have ever seen. And yes, she's definitely a champagne, not a sorrel. Her dam is Southern Jazz and Toddy's Perfection bred, and (as we said), Lobo is her sire. She should finish out about 15-15.1hands based on sire and dam's size, and should also be very stout.
you can't do with her. She's been mauled by kids, adults, and couldn't care less about cattle dogs at her heels. She leaves her mother way out in the field to come see a person and get loving and scratching. She has the calmest disposition I've ever seen in a foal. REDUCED PRICE - $500
Bred to perform, and for the best looks around. He may not be a vivid color, but he will be a dark chestnut, and he shakes and strokes like no tomorrow. His dam is a direct daughter of Missouri Outlaw, and her dam is a President mare. Twister's sire is Lobo. He got his name (both registered and nickname) because of the "twister" marking on his nose. He was born in the morning , and later that day, we watched a tornado pass right over his pasture and barn, while holding our breath. The funnel touched ground just north of us, but there were some truly scary moments.
With that marking, and the tornado that afternoon, The name Talisman sure seemed to fit. Not to mention his powerful shake and foxtrot. He seems to have gotten the best of both worlds in correct foxtrot, shake and stride. You can easily tellhim apart in the field by looking for the little head bobbing like an oil rig. And for looks? Look at this picture

He doesn't have a registered name yet, but we call him Scooter, as he scoots across the pasture like no tomorrow. And I don't know how to describe him except for "flippin gorgeous"! Look at that little tiny Arab looking head, those long legs, and the perfectly matched socks with a blaze to top it off. And, he's a Lobo son. Lobo is 17 this year, and this is, without a doubt, the most gorgeous dark colt I have ever seen out of

She was born on St. Patrick's Day, and has two gorgeous "lacey" stockings on her back legs. They were harder to see in foal coat (and dirt), but are showing quite nicely now as her gold color starts to come through. The best thing about this filly is her temperament!!! She's gentle as a dog, leads, follows, has had her feet handled, and there's absolutely NOTHING
His grandmother is on the left, and his mom behind him. Both take care of him, and it's not often you get a picture of three generations in the same frame. You can tell where he gets his good looks.
Lobo........anywhere. Scooter's momma is a coal black (homozygous black) refined mare of Frosty's Root Beer and Mack K. III breeding. Her refinement and reach perfectly compliment Lobo's mass and muscle. Although this little guy will shed off almost coal black, he'll actually be a seal agouti brown, compliments of Lobo. He already has the wickedly thick mane and tail of momma and daddy, and this one will be the classiest thing around when grown. In fact, if he doesn't sell quick, I may end up with him. Just wathing him glide along will take your breath away.
